Our farm
Our farm is located in the alpine valley Langtaufers at 1.700 meters above sea level. The old farmstead Zerkaser was first mentioned 1388. In 2006 we built House Larix – a dwelling house with the two appartments Artemise and Thymus. We remodeled our third appartment in 2017 – previously it was a shed used as workshop and bedroom for children but we still call it Die Schupf (german for shed).
On our farm live cows,chicken and alpacas.

Thymus is the appartment on the east side of Haus Larix. The apparment has two storeys: the bedroom for children is on the second floor right below the roof; the bedroom for parents, the kitchen and the bathroom are on the first floor.
The appartment consists of:

Artemise is essentially symmetric to Thymus but it is located on the west side and has a big terrace.

Rustic atmosphere yet modern…for coples in love, for those seeking peace and quit or for nature enthusiasts – here you can gather new strength – 50 m² of living space and two terraces only for you!
The living room/kitchen has a big panorama window which lets much sunlight shine through the room and offers a splendid view over the valley.
Located on the first floor are the rustic bedroom and the spacious bathroom with rain shower, floor heating and a wonderful washbasin.
You have the entire cottage for you alone – directly adjacent to our farm.

General conditions
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels, dishwashing detergent, cleaning clothes and sponges, cleaning tablets and drying towels are provided by us and are included in the price.
- The apartments are available from 14:00 of the day of arrival, and we kindly ask you to leave them at 9:00 on the day of departure.
- The final cleaning is included in the price.
- Smoking is prohibited in our appartments.
- The city tax is 3,70 € per person per day.
- The Südtirol Guest Pass for the public transport is included in the price.
- Extra cost for dogs: 5€ per day (not allowed in the Schupf).
- A kettle barbecue is available for common use.
- Internet over WiFi is gratis.
- If desired, fresh bread and other food can be ordered from our local grocery store and it will be delivered to the farm; daily, except on Sundays and bank holidays.
